Joyful Christmas

Similar to the last 3 years, JP Morgan, the owner of the Terrapark Next and Margit Palace office buildings cooperated with Nagycsaládosok Országos Egyesülete (National Association of Large Families) in 2015 as well, to make Christmas time more joyful for four needy families. This year – in the name of Margit Palace – Santa brings gifts for two families with twelve children altogether in Miskolc, and presents from Terrapark Next makes the Christmas happier for a family of six in Hejőkeresztúr, and a family of seven in Emőd.

Nagycsaládosok Országos Egyesülete Logója

It is good to receive, but even better to give…

JP Morgan, the owner of the Terrapark Next and Margit Palace office buildings, decided to support a needy family again. Similar to last year ‘Nagycsaládosok Országos Egyesülete’ (‘National Association of Large Families’) is coordinating this charitable gesture. At this time families from Táborfalva, Pest County and Üllés, Csongrád County received the funds for important household appliances.

Terrapark Next a DBH-n

Terrapark Next on ‘DBH’

Terrapark Next sponsored the DBH (“Drinks Before Home”) in september, besides the also JP Morgan owned and ConvergenCE asset managed Margit Palace Office Building. It was the fourth time – almost a tradition – that ConvergenCE coordinated the event, that took place nU bistro & l’bor in Eiffel Square Office Building.

The first ’Drinks Before Home’ was organized by the Construction & Investment Journal (‘CIJ’) 7 years ago to provide an informal venue for real estate professionals working in Central & Eastern Europe.

Due to the sunny, late summer weather conditions a fair number of professionals attended to the event. Similar to the previous ‘DBH’-s coordinated by ConvergenCE, the guests had a very pleasant and relaxed evening together.

Extension of lease agreements

Berlin Chemie Menarini Kft., the subsidiary of Berlin-Chemie AG, part of Menarini Group, and a significant representative of the European pharmacy industry for a long period, has extended its lease for 3 years and also increased it with additional areas.

TOTAL HUNGARIA Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of the fourth biggest oil and gas company in the world has extended its 1,197 m2 lease with additional 3 years at Terrapark Next B.

Anixter Magyarország Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of a leading global supplier of communications and security products, electrical and electronic wire and cable, has signed another lease extension at Terrapark Next B.

ESHD Kft., the official delivery and assembly company of the IKEA products in Hungary, has signed a one year lease extension and amended its lease with additional space at Terrapark Next A.

The Christmas season is a time of trial and tribulation for those families who are struggling day by day to make their living. For most of these families, not only the Christmas presents are just a dream, but also their Christmas meals. They need help and support through the whole year, but especially in these days, when a small donation means enormous pleasure for them! To this end, JP Morgan, the owner of Terrapark Next and Margit Palace office buildings, decided to spend the amount of 2012’s Christmas gifts on supporting two of these needy families. The ‘Association of Big Families’ was coordinating this charitable gesture.
We are delighted that we could bring joy to the Christmas season and to the everyday lives of these families!

Cushman and Wakefield takes over the property and facility management services at Terrapark Next Building A&B, owned by JP Morgan. The owner cooperates with the company not only in connection with the management of the Hungarian properties, but also Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager of buildings included in the international portfolio in several countries. ConvergenCE is still responsible for the asset management of the Hungarian buildings, since 2007.
